I'm so gutted, I hurt my ankle 6 weeks ago and had to stop my running, cycling to work and yoga. Not been able to do anything, then kept bashing my opposite elbow and been in constant pain with both. Finally starting to turn the corner and doing static workouts at home to keep my stamina up but movement of my ankle and elbow down. I think I must have pushed myself too hard going from 20 minutes run to 25. Anyone else do this and injured themselves?

Quite a few folk have done this and have paid the price. If you follow the plan as it is laid out and as suggested n our FAQ on How to run C25K...it does get us where want to be safely, enjoyably and injury free too:}
