We had just ended our first week of home dialysis when we got the call for the transplant. The supplies are new and in unopened shipping boxes. I hate to see this go

Healthy New Year’s Checklist for People with Kidney Disease
For those of you on Original Medicare, you know that at the beginning of each year you are advised about a Wellness Check that OM will cover. For those of you who have other insurance you may or may not receive something similar. In any case, I thought this checklist would be valuable for all to see

REM related OSA
Hi. I'm new to this sleep board. Depending on which sleep study you look at, I either have very mild sleep apnea or moderate sleep apnea. The only consistent thing my Dr. can identify is that the more REM I have, the more "events" I have. So he thinks I have REM related OSA and wants to put me on

Hello All, Hope you are having an amazing New Year! So scanxiety is really a thing, and wow it really sucks. My mom had her PET scan on December after her lobectomy on July, and everything was clear when it comes to her lungs and body. However, she got a mammogram recently too, which was not clear

Self care is an inside job. You matter!
How are you looking after you? Happy, happy December. We have arrived into the last month of 2019! Wow. What a year hey. So much growth, feeling and transformation. Have you felt this? We hear a lot about self care. But what does it actually mean on a deeper level outside of the wellness industry trying
