Hi My names Phil I have COPD(emphysema) Asthma and other issues. Self isolating with my wife and on total lock down. No going out even. I also have OSAS and need a CPAP machine I`m glad to join a group that will understand our condition and will be happy to help if I can. With information ...help with the internet.

I am a Yorkshire man originally from Halifax now living in a very peaceful and quiet hamlet in East Ayrshire in Scotland.

I am so LUCKY to be alive bless everyone in this uncertain time.

Hello and welcome....anyone who loves the magic of unicorns is a friend of mine.

I have mild emphysmous changes, on the CT scan, two times now.

You will find many kind and helpful people on here.

I woke up and could not fall back asleep... well better get back to sleep. And my iPad needs charged.

I left Edinburgh about 15 years ago, my late husband began a new job in London. I miss Edinburgh, it is my home and as they say home is where the heart is. My husband passed away a couple of years ago, but now would love to return to Auld reekie. I hope you are having a healthy Easter. Take care and keep safe.🌸

Hi Phil, welcome to our group. I also have asthma & mild copd. I too feel blessed that I'm alive & kicking....well, not literally!!😂 During this time of isolation, I'm following exercise videos on YouTube. I feel better when I keep moving. I live over the water in the USA.
