Help please, my usual go to food of rice and chicken gave me bad stomach pains last night!
It turned out to be
colitis
of the left colon but they never discovered what caused it so could have been Ischeamic or ulcerative.

There is RA and rheumatic fever in my family and I have had 2 other autoimmune diseases - Ulcerative
Colitis

What to do
The original diagnosis I had nearly 4 years ago of Ulcerative
Colitis
seems to have been wrong and from recent biopsies it is looking more like Chrons instead. Have been waiting since early May for an appointment with my consultant in gastroenterology but have heard nothing.

The weekend too?
I suppose my friends and relative trust me is because I've already had 2 visible autoimmune diseases in ulcerative
colitis
and rheumatoid and osteo arthritis. So I've explained these are all conditions where my own immune system gets bored and attacks me for practice.

What isn't helping is that I also have active crohns in my ileum, having had my large intestine removed a few years ago due to ulcerative
colitis
. The medical term is that I'm in a bad place at the moment as the 2 conditions are exasperating each other!!

Objective Chronic Fatigue questionnaire
I just found this link on the Vasculitis forum...it is from the Crohn's &
Colitis
