Love your gut week!
Well the lovely people at Yakult, The Gut Trust, Core and the Irish Society for
Colitis
and Crohn's Disease (ISCC) have created a lovely web page to raise awareness on how to love your gut. It includes tips on healthy eating, exercise and more.

Other autoimmune conditions?
On turning 40 almost overnight my health deteriorated with the onset of Uveitis, bowel problems indicative of Crohns/Ulcerative
Colitis
and joint/skin/thyroid problems. The initial flare up lasted three months and left me feeling exhausted.

I've just started taking Tramadol and wondered if it's upset anyone's tummy?
I also suffer from ulcerated
colitis
and crohns disease which for those who don't know what it is, it's a inflammatory bowel disease. Any advice or replies would be great

I'm curious as to what other people's favourite tunes are to run to that make you feel happy, motivated and (even

Is anybody on high dose 100mg Golimumab?
Hi there, I have Connective Tissue Disease with Scleroderma. I was on the high dose Golimumab 100mg for a few months before I started getting Thunder Clap headaches and my hair started to fall out. In January I was put onto 50mg but have felt so rotten I am about to go back on the higher dose again
