Newly diagnosed severe osteoporosis looking for info and support
Hello all, I'm already a member of the

Volume of poop?
Given that, I think my condition is fairly mild, I've only bled badly once and I never had to go to A&E but I was wondering if people with officially diagnosed crohns/
colitis
have large volumes of poop when they go.

collagenous colitis help!
Morning everyone, I have just had a biopsy come back as above. Struggling with symptoms at the moment, definitely a flare up as upset bowel, cramps/pain etc. My question is, do you also feel achy and lethargic and soooo tired when you have a flare up or is it localised just to the bowel? Thanks you

My immune system is virtually nil!
I have Crohns
Colitis
and my symptoms arent generally too troublesome however i always have some sort of head cold or flu. its always either between a 3/10 or 9/10 severity. I take a good quality multivitamin and prob biotics on top of my Asacol and i rarely feel without head cold!

Hi all, I hope everyone is as well as can be at the moment. I was diagnosed roughly 2 years ago and put on pentasa suppositories. October time last year I reported to my gastro doc that I was having more blood & mucus. She requested a calprotectin test which came back as elevated then put me on pentasa

Looks like colitis
My daughter had C-Diff and
colitis
once and her poop looked just like that. Probably too late to give you this info, but I thought others could benefit. Hope you figured it out!

Underactive thyroid and elevated CRP levels - are they related?
I have read online that it can be triggered by autoimmune diseases such as lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, certain types of inflammatory bowel disease, chron's, ulcerative
colitis
and cancers. I have an intolerance to gluten (blood tests suggest so, along with symptoms).

Colonoscopy question
I’m concerned that they may have missed something like microscopic
colitis
? Smoking is suppressing the bleeding and all my scans etc and bloods are fine. What are the chances of my gastro (once I’ve been seen) arranging another colonoscopy with biopsies ?
