collagenous colitis help!

Morning everyone, I have just had a biopsy come back as above. Struggling with symptoms at the moment, definitely a flare up as upset bowel, cramps/pain etc. My question is, do you also feel achy and lethargic and soooo tired when you have a flare up or is it localised just to the bowel? Thanks you :)

I have collagenous colitis and do feel generally tired when I am having a flare. However my major problem is occasional diarrhea which has been helped with Budesonide, which I take as needed. How are you doing now ? I see you posted four months ago, and no one responded. Do you have trouble eating a lot of things ? I do, and it is hard to find food that agrees with me.
