i have no immune system after yrs of bad heath firstly caused by glandular fever since then ive suffered M.E, fibromyalgia, colitis, vitamin/mineral deficit,, and every thing that goes around.. after xmas i was really ill with pluresy... and now late march im still havin alot of trouble with getting very breathless doing anything and fatigued (but thats normal for me)... constant heavy foggy head.. ive been self isolating since last monday as i know ill catch anythin going but runnin low on everything get no money till 14th April and theres no help around me... plus letter for help seems to be only ENGLAND again... not scotland.

feel like im becoming agoraphobic too as scared to leave the house or talk to anyone 😢...

Register yourself on the gov.vulnerable. Super markets are working with the gov to help. Good luck. Also check out any local charities in your area. Stay safe. Xx

Go on facebook and google something like "I love ******" or something similar inserting the place where you live you might find someone has set up a network of people willing to help. I did this as my husband and I are both vulnerable multiple health conditions as well as me with the dreaded fibro. He has been ill since Thursday night and is still incapable of getting out of bed seems from the 111 questionnaire that he has C-9 so that means I have to totally isolate for at least 14 days. I found that in my town a nice woman has started a facebook page and has managed to get some volunteers together to fetch groceries and presecriptions for vulnerable people. I will be grateful of it as I had to ask the only friend who isn't self isolating to get milk for us which meant a 12 mile round trip. He did offer but I felt so guilty. Take care hope you get someone to help.x

Yes differently look on the web, a lot of of community spirit going on helping venerable at home with deliveries to the door, my husband is currently volunteering to deliver prescriptions to people in our town, I hope you find something xx
