Is anyone using danshen?
I have begun acupuncture treatment as a prophylactic, and my Chinese acupuncturist recommended danshen (more specifically Fu Fang Dan Shen). Does anyone have any experience with this? Thanks for any light you can shed ...

I’ve been suffering from anal fissure, mainly due due to ulcerative
colitis
. Instead of the indicated 8 weeks I used the medication for at least 5 or 6 months on and off as it was the only thing helping.

(I had to have a colonoscopy where the initial thought was
colitis
but pathology came back negative.) October of last year I was hospitalized with an extreme case of pancolitis which is what caused me to see my GI again.

Buscopan daily?
Hi everybody, I was told I have IBS about 8months ago and to try fodmap. I've had stool (once) and blood tests (twice) which were all clear. I've found fodmap incredibly hard to follow as it's so limited and I never seem to get a long enough period of time to really try it I.e. a month where there are

flare? Can anyone with
colitis
share their stories of having a flare after so long or those who have had issues with naproxen. Thank you in advance

New user - Here's my ongoing issues
I had my first flare up in 2006 and was diagnosed with collagenous
colitis
following a colonoscopy. I was prescribed medicine but do not remember which one. I had subsequent flare ups which were treated with Entocort and Olestyr (cholestyramine).

Having Ulcerative
colitis
and Ankylosing spondylitis makes you tired and affects your mobility quite a bit and tends to make foreplay a bit difficult and what pleasure gain from it to get an erection is soon gone because of fatigue and pain, so you become flaccid again.

Chlorinated water protective for CLL?
Wow, surprising. Just found out my water filter hadn't been working and I've been drinking different levels of chlorinated for ? years. So just quickly googled, wondering if that explained my diagnosis 2019. But no! Maybe I should turn off my filter and put Britta aside as well --
