I'm trying to locate a treatment center for my son who turns 18 this month. He is in detention now and needs cognitive behavioral therapy. They want to offer a the Electronic ankle monitor but I have not been able to locate any services to help him. He is very immature, so putting him in an adult

Youper
Have y’all heard about the app called Youper? It’s an app for anxiety and depression, and it helps you think through what you’re thinking and feeling. It’s based on cognitive behavioral therapy and I really enjoy it so I want to spread the word and help others out too! ☺️

Disappointed
I’m also certain that the Lupron treatment produced
cognitive
impairment
as well as weight gain. After 3 years from th IGRT PSA rose to biochemical tecurrence and salvage brachiotherapy was performed. Brachytherapy induced stress incontinence which has slowly but not completely mended.

38 now and had meningitis when I was 3. Have ongoing issues in life and wonder if anyone can relate?
I had meningitis 35 years ago when I was only 3, and have lived a life fraught with personal challenges and ups and downs. I've had bouts of depression for periods of time ever since I was a child (though I didn't recognise it at the time), some I have dealt with, with advice and guidance of GP's and

Cognitive behavioral therapy
I'm new here. Has anyone had success in the CBT treatment? Is this something you can just start to do or does the therapist have to suggest it? I am working on trying to get a therapist and seeing if that might work for me as I am not into taking any type of medication for my anxiety. I just need a change
