Mannitol and B1: What’s going on?
He has
cognitive
impairment
and too much of those 2 meds would cause hallucinations. But dialing the dose in let him move pretty well. He was able to get pretty much equal motor improvement with mannitol (confirmed by his MDS).

Meds increase causing cognitive impairment
Has anyone experienced
cognitive
impairment
if their stimulant medication is slightly too much? As the doc raises my meds my feelings of
cognitive
impairment
increase, but he keeps telling me that just means I need more meds 😩

Enzalutamide versus Abiraterone Acetate/Prednisone
NGT significantly improved mCRPC overall survival but neurological side effects such as fatigue and

impairment
were reported. We developed a behavioral 17 months-aged and castrated mouse model receiving per os AAP or ENZ for 5 days per week for six consecutive weeks.

Tips on Finding a Therapist
In addition to the often seen plea of “how do I find a renal dietician” I’ve noticed some seeking help finding a therapist. Talking through our thoughts and feelings as we learn to accept/acknowledge/manage our situations can help ease the depression and anxiety that often accompany chronic health conditions

Am I overdoing it on the B12?
My main symptoms were extreme fatigue, brain fog,
cognitive
impairment
, eyes twitching and ibs. After a week of loading dose, I started SI cyanocobalamin weekly. My symptoms improved a lot at first.

Which is better regarding Cognitive and Fatigue Side Effects: Abiratirone + Pred. or Enzalutamide in mCRPC?
Small study here but makes it clear that Abiratirone + Prednisone has better profile of cognitive (brain fog) and fatigue side effects. Interesting. https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S2059702920322870?dgcid=raven_sd_recommender_email Impact of abiraterone acetate plus prednisone or enzalutamide

Cognitive dysfunction and associated neuroimaging biomarkers in antiphospholipid syndrome: a systematic review
Conclusion: Our findings confirm that
cognitive
impairment
is commonly found in patients with aPL (including APS, SLE and NPSLE). The risk of bias, and heterogeneity in cognitive and neuroimaging biomarkers reported does not allow for definitive.

Sleep is complicated or perhaps not so much
I am 61 and have had various issues with insomnia. In many ways now I have less of a problem than I had previously, but I have learnt a lot and I now take quite a range of supplements that enable me to handle sleep issues so at times I am no longer tired during the day. I have joined this forum to see

Post Injury Neuropsychiatry Cut Off?
I am about 40 years post TBI with Community Mental Health unable to even appropriately assess me due to lack of understanding and expertise in 'Neuro' issues like
Cognitive
Impairment
, and Communication. Neuropsychiatry declined two referrals as I am too far post injury!

Help for social anxiety
I think I have social anxiety. In my mind, I usually think social interactions will turn out to be a disaster and I will mess things up and everything will go wrong. I also tend to think like everyone is judgemental and unforgiving. It may not be true, but it seems like reality. I feel isolated,

Time to refresh thinking on the terminology and management of hypothyroidism?
I really don't think I need to make any comments on this piece! Am quite sure many here will be more than able and willing to do so. :-) [i]

Has anyone had Mental Health or Cognitive Impairment while on Calcitriol?
I don't think my kidney can clear all the drug from my system. Memory loss, crying, simple word usage. Things looking bigger then they are. Some other minor hallucinations. Any response would be welcome.

Cognitive impairment and ESRD
I’m 20 years in and doing quite well...now. I would like to read feedback from anyone who may have suffered from CI before and after their transplant. Thanks.

Feeling permanently anxious.
Hi all, I suffered daily if anxiety and no matter what medication I've taken, even upping the milligrams, it's not making much difference. I would love even 1 day of feeling great and calm but it's not happening and I stress about everything and anything. I have GP's that are overwhelmed between

Recovery and hope for you! With new things to try!
I haven’t been on here in a couple months, I got on here to seek some support from others and I definitely got the support but I was wanting more. I wanted to help myself and not think I was in a constant rut of anxiety and or depression. After doing some of my own research I eventually stumbled upon

CBTI—what’s normal?
Hi, everyone. I’m new to this support group. Since I cut back on my SSRI, I’ve started having really severe sleep maintenance insomnia. I think the problem is psychological rather than physical (although my doctor is checking for apnea just in case), and I would love to re-learn to sleep well without

Doctor Appointment update
I saw my psychiatrist for the first time ever. I let her know what was the deal with me. She said she won’t put me on meds and to keep taking the natural supplements I’m taking. She did advise me to pick up some work out routines and continue therapy and cognitive therapy as well. Overall I think
