Thanks for confirming this isn't all in my head!
I've just read Martin Hooper's 2nd book 'Living with Pernicious Anaemia' & am sat here sobbing with relief. After my latest visit to my GP to try & get some help to manage my symptoms (which I even took my husband along to to try & avoid being fobbed off again) I was in despair. The GP told me I was

My question is, have you heard how common it is to develop
cognitive
impairment
from P/A? I've been watching documentaries about Alzheimer's and I will not go through it or put my family through that.

I'm a lately diagnosed sufferer of Asperger Syndrome.
Hi, I'm John Baker, and I was diagnosed with Asperger Syndrome in June, 2016. Since having cognitive behaviour therapy, my meltdowns are becoming less and less but I still get moody and flighty at times. I also can't stand loud emergency vehicle sounds, loud rowdy music and traffic. I'm hoping to move

Update: 10 months later......
I was in 2 grade 3 Comas with Sepsis, pneumonia, Mrsa and organ failure. I was given a 1-2% chance of survival. A few months later I was diagnosed with PTSD. I’ve now finished cognitive behavioural therapy for the PTSD, which for me, helped immeasurably. Apart from short term memory loss, I’ve lost

Tough Thursday thoughts.
Hey, this is my first time posting. Today was a really bad day for my anxiety. Actually, its been a bad week for my anxiety. After breaking down in tears, gasping for air, and feeling like I was dying an hour ago. I felt like it was time for me to be proactive about it. Ive been battling with anxiety
