I really enjoy therapy. I started going once a week and now I go once a month for maintenance section. Honestly, it took a couple of tries to find a therapist I could really be open and honest with. It's important to find someone you're comfortable with and that you feel "fits". Sometimes I dread the visit and sometimes it's difficult dredging up things that you'd rather leave buried, but afterwards I usually feel so much lighter and more relaxed, like a weight has been lifted. It's VERY hard work, but I've found that in combination with antidepressants, meditation and yoga, that it really helps me feel like myself again.
