Just thought I'd update for any of you who may be in the same position and find that
co
codamol
may not work great for you. PS - Thanks for all the support on two of my previous posts - firstly I am OK!

Who do you see, in which department?
I am self medicating on
co
codamol
8/500mg and Tramadol when unbearable pain pops up. More tired than I thought possible given years of debilitating fatigue. Does poor sleep come as standard with this? Any tips? Thanks guys ⚽️

This is the worst I have been in 4 years. I feel like I am at that point I just want to give up.
At the moment I'm on 160mg of propranolol, 4x 500mg
co
codamol
,citalpram 40mg x2 and I use diazepam and tramadol but this has been limited due to the addictive nature. I just wanted to hear I'm not alone, movement hurts. Everyday is a struggle I wake in pain and try to go sleep in pain.

Severe spine and abdo pain
I've taken four 30/500mg
co
-
codamol
and four extra relief paracetamols, probably shouldn't be mixing them but the pain is unbearable... I'm also on the minipill so take this daily, I'm not sure what to do.

Urge to Post
I need daily paracetamol to function, today I took
co
-
codamol
because I was having to step up the coping. But it was fine, went well and I came home feeling good. I'd just like to be able to predict how I'm going to feel. It doesn't matter whether I do or do not have a good night's sleep.

Being a police officer with endo...?
I'm currently on my period and, for the last two days, I've been a zombie popping
co
-
codamol
and clutching to my hot water bottle. How am I going to be able to do that when I'm a copper?! I guess I'm wondering if there are any ladies on here who are in the police and also suffer with endo.

Anyone Fancy a Pint?
Big problem is it's anti inflamatories that help arthritus most, and the stomach and liver of an alchoholic or abstainer really don't take well to ibruprofen and aspirin so we can't take these, though I find paracetamol - or better
