Involuntary jerks in left side of upper body
I am wondering whether it is some neurological issue and is being caused by electrolyte imbalance or
calcium
, phosphorous abnormal levels. Initially it was too much jerks like 5 times in 30 minutes. Now it is reduced. I will be discussing with nephrologist next week when I meet him.

I want to thank all of you who responded to my question on using
calcium
supplements. I received many replies on exercise, diet, efficacy and side effects which led me to conclude that my current lifestyle is more than adequate to maintain bone health without supplements.

I would like to update my dad's situation (type 4 prostate cancer and bone metastasis) - LIMA PERU
Zelendronic acid (
Calcium
fixative) Note: which generated very strong discomfort. But they go down with the days and the medication. For pain: conditionally, tramadol drops. Currently he feels fine, he cannot sit for long, after sitting he gets ready and rests.
