Hello

First of all, 'Thanks' to all you knowledgeable and kind people who respond on this forum.

I was intending to do my advanced thyroid profile test tomorrow morning ( fingerpick) I have avoided Vitamin B complex, D, and my Bone restore (calcium) as advised and then last night I suddenly thought should I have also stopped the GTF Chromium 200ug that i take in the evening? should i hold off doing the test for another week? The test will presumably be ok stored in a cool cupboard?

Any advice much appreciated

If you are not having chromium tested, I wouldn't worry,

I don't think we know enough about the effects to determine that it has any relevant impact.

However, it does initially appear quite a high dose. But I really have not looked very much at it so there might be good reasons.
