I have also had a full bone profile panel done.

Serum total protein. 66. 60-80

Serum calcium. 2.3. 2.2-2.6

Calcium adjusted. 2.35. 2.2- 2.6

Serum alkaline phosphate61. 30-130

Inorganic phosphate 1.37. 0.80-1.50

Serum albumen. 43. 35-50

Serum globulin. 23. 18-36

Plus full blood count and differential white cell count but everything normal on these too.

I’ve been very lucky to have had all these blood tests.

I have not felt tired but I am anxious/No zest for life and felt like I was vibrating inside. I have dropped my levoxathyrine to 75mcg daily and the vibration and afib has subsided thank goodness.

I am having thydroid test redone in 6 weeks and I have just bought sublingual vit b 12 1000 mcg.

It seems that the dosage is a bit hit and miss with how you feel. I am very grateful for everyone’s advice and hopefully with a bit of tweaking and your expertise I will be better soon.

Do NOT start B12 supplements

Make an urgent appointment with GP for next week

With such EXTREMELY LOW B12 you need testing for Pernicious Anaemia BEFORE starting any B vitamins

Please do not start taking the B12 supplement. Please re-read the suggestions given by myself and SlowDragon in reply to your previous post and ask your GP to test for B12 deficiency and pernicious anaemia:
