Calcium supplements in 2nd trimester
Any suggestions for best
calcium
tablets or
calcium
brand name to start in the 2nd trimester? I explored many but most of the
calcium
tablets comes with either vitamin D or Magnesium for better absorption.

The doctors want me to take 2x 400 mg

Fosteum Plus
It has 500mg of
calcium
with vitamin K and other important ingredients. Anyone taking it? You don’t hear much mentioned about it even though it’s been around several years.

I have got severe osteoporosis and I am wandering if I would be better off with a
calcium
supplement, I tried adcal-d3 after my zoledronic acid infusion but I had to stop because it gave me constipation, I don't want to be messing about measuring out
calcium
and I don't know if I am absorbing

I would like to know, if it’s beneficial to take
calcium
1200 mg with 1000u D3 for someone who is on trelstar, xtandi and completed radiation. Dexa scan shows osteoarthritis. Stage 4 also with pacemaker. I am asking specifically about
calcium
, I am aware of D3 studies .

I talked in length worh my pharmacist, who agreed wirh my decision and recommended D3 and
Calcium

Calcium
+D3 gummies because I can't swallow pills. I wanted your feedback about the

Alendronic Acid
About 7 months ago I was given vitamin d and
calcium
tablets which I am fine with. I was also given Alendronic acid which makes me feel very lethargic for a couple of days after taking. Has anyone else experienced this. I’m virtually at the point of deciding not to take this anymore.

Calcium and D3 supplementation decreases cancer risk and increases CVD risk
Unfortunately it is not quite clear (to me) whether it is the combination or the
calcium
by itself that has these consequences and what role the D3 plays in either increasing or moderating, if any.

Advice please - feeling worried
However, my CT
calcium
score is 677. My EP is now saying I am not a suitable patient for a daily dose of Flecainide due to
Calcium
score and that if the AF becomes too intrusive I could be considered for Dronedarone. He has upped my statin from 5mg to 10mg.
