Hi. I was told to take calcium citrate. I purchase the brand caltrate. For vitamins and other supplements I have been advised by multiple members in the medical field to buy Nature Made brand.

Therapeutic melatonin does not make you sleep. Optimal Health they have a decent variety of excellent clean nutritional supports. I can provide you with a discount first time order. All carbon used in manufacture is plant based and not coal, be difference.

Join consumerlab.com

They test supplements in their lab for potency and quality, AND have great detailed info on supplements. $55/year but we'll worth it. I tend to buy from Swanson.com unless Consumer Lab says otherwise.

For melatonin I use scientific health brand. My vitamin d supplement I take Now brand. I do not believe in supplementing with calcium. If your vitamin d levels are in a good range, you should be hyper absorber of calcium, no need to supplement.
