Born at 33 weeks via emergency c section
Hi all, Last Saturday my preeclampsia took hold and our gorgeous boy had to be born 7 weeks early! He weighed 5lb 1oz and is doing well in NICU feeding well and needing hardly any oxygen support he’s such a little fighter already.

New to the group
Hi! I am new to the group! I love learning about new treatments for lymphedema. I suffer from primary tarda which I developed after my third c-section 20 years ago. I have been able to manage it with elevation and exercise but sure would love to learn if there is a cure out here :)

Evening Ladies, I have Wolf Parkinson White Syndrome, i had ablation surgery in 2009 but it didnt work and I still have episodes although not as frequent as before the ablation. My triggers are alcohol, tiredness and exercise. Does anyone else have this condition? Was just wondering if you had c section

So hard to decide...
Soooo...We're 37 weeks with GD and little man has grown out of his own centile. Had an appointment to discuss birth plans yesterday. In a week he needs to come, question is, how? I feel induction is a big nono. It's sorta like a gut feeling, so I told my doc I'd wish for a C section. She examined me

MRI results - very confused
Hi there, I first posted about 4 months ago after a ultrasound picked up 11.5cm complex ovarian cyst. My CA125 was in normal range and was referred for hysteroscopy and MRI. Hysteroscopy fine, removed very small polyp. Had MRI 2 weeks ago and just heard from gynae consultant who says she is arranging

*SENSITIVE POST* AllWeNeedIsluv
Hi Everyone. Cat aka “AllWeNeedIsLove” has asked me to let you know all that after a complicated labour and emergency C-section, she gave birth to a son, Asaan on the 18th October. He is a bit jaundiced but fine. Unfortunately, Cat has suffered some complications and is very poorly. She hasn’t forgotten

My first run
I felt like a right potato. The new sports leggings I bought are see through and kept rolling into my C-section scar, my bra strap kept slipping and my earphones kept popping out 🙄 Ideal. But I did it! I'm determined to lose some weight but mainly I'm running for my mental health 🙂

Male Cystoscopy Experience
After passing a stone in my urine I was scheduled to have a cystoscopy to check the inside of my bladder. I’d read countless reviews and became more and more concerned after reading some of the horror stories online. It seems that people are quick to jump on forums when the experience is bad, but less

Fear of childbirth
Does anyone have a fear of pregnancy/childbirth? We are wanting to expand our family and I am worried something will be wrong with the baby or something will go wrong during the c-section delivery and happen to me. I have 2 boys that were both c-sections so I would have to have another. My first delivery

Remaining on Apixaban
Hi I had a small pe last year after c-section and have been on Apixaban ever since. Am so afraid to come off it it's making me so ill. The doctors said it was pregnancy related but I am scared of it happening again. Had anyone on here only ever had one clot? Thanks for your help in advance

SCT
So I’m white English and my partner is mixed race Jamaican / German. He has trait with crisis. They say if one parent has it then the chance is slim to nothing for a child to have it. His mum had nothing while his dad has trait. Tomorrow I am having a C-section as our baby is breech. I fear our child
