IVF after baby
Tryint to plan the future and starting to look at IVF again. Do you know when you can start IVF again after a live birth? Baby was born by c section but I'm not breast feeding. I used all my embryos to get my LB so will be full cycle needed

Wife seeking input regarding RT
I've been reading posts for several months and have learned a great deal. Thank you all! This is my first post so forgive me if I ramble a bit. Hubby is 78 and healthy (had stroke 4 years ago, fully recovered). He was diagnosed with Pca a year ago. PSA 10.2, TRUS biopsy showed three 3+4 lesions (2

Endo / bowl confusion - offered Laparoscopy by Gnae, no bowel surgeon to be present (not an option apparently)
Hi everyone, thanks in advance for taking the time to read through my dillema. I'm really lost so it would be much appreciated! In the last 15 years I have had: an Appendectomy; a Laparoscopy that diagnosed and treated mild endometriosis + adhesions between my ovary and intestine; successful pregnancy

should I be more nervous?
Firstly Is everyone ok? Ladies I have a week!!! Should I be more nervous? I’ve had a lot to deal with during this pregnancy with being ill, my mum going through cancer treatment and nursing our pooch through cancer not knowing how long we have left with him. Alongside getting ready for little miss

scan showed fatty liver
So I recently had a scan following some pains 4 months after having a c section. I have also been getting really bad back, upper abdomen and shoulder pain on the right side, hunger pangs, nausea and extreme tiredness. The GP called today to discuss scan results, she said I had fatty build up on

Fall: the verb not the noun
I would like to talk about/hear about how you deal with falling. I have fallen quite a few times recently. Mostly due to exhaustion and sometimes due to humidity. thank goodness no injuries but it is becoming an issue. Does this mean it's time to consider a wheel chair? Is this a preview of things to

Advice please
I’m currently on holiday so away from my GP Surgery. On 1st July I started having whooshes of the bottom. Despite eating bland food, I am easily having to dash to the toilet at least twice an hour. Tried taking Imodium seems to work for 4 hours then I am back to square one. ðŸ˜needless to say all my muscles

Planned c section vs induction?
Hello lovely people. I am 38 weeks pregnant tomorrow and all going well. I have gone from a high risk pregnancy (Placenta Previa which moved) to low risk, except my age. For months all midwives and consultants were telling me I'd need to have an induction and have baby before 40 wks due to my age (43

Living with Crohn's over 30 years
I was diagnosed with Crohn's in 1985. I was about 16 years old and I had never heard of it before. Admitted to the hospital I was bleeding internally, had lost 30 pounds and was down to 104. I was not allowed to have food or water, Only through IV. This was a 3 month hospital stay. After I was sent

Planned C Section at 33 weeks, being told I can have Steroids but that the risks may outway the benefits
Hi hoping someone has had a similar experience. I had my 33 week scan and baby all good. Doctor mentioned that as they want me to have a c section at 37 weeks (due to my age, ivf baby, donor egg and other risk factors) I have an option to take corticoid steriods prior to the delivery but they aren’t

TURP Prior to Radiation: Opinions?
63yo, Gleason 4+4, PSA 0.055, 2 measurable mets in pelvic lymph nodes-right iliac chain I finished a round of 6 chemo treatments in mid-February. I'm currently on Lupron and Nubeqa. My last PSA was 0.055. I decided to take a break before I start radiation in August or September to do some travel and

Am I feeling normal or is this a new normal?
I find it difficult to comprehend what I went through 4 months ago. I had a cesarean section complication under general aneastetic which ended in me heamoraging twice, losing 3.8 litres of blood, 7 blood transfusions while on the operating table to keep my blood up and an induced coma and ventilated
