MRI results - very confused

Hi there, I first posted about 4 months ago after a ultrasound picked up 11.5cm complex ovarian cyst. My CA125 was in normal range and was referred for hysteroscopy and MRI. Hysteroscopy fine, removed very small polyp. Had MRI 2 weeks ago and just heard from gynae consultant who says she is arranging MDT meeting with radiologist and other professionals to discuss results as ‘my uterus bone marrow inhomogeneous is not clear, restricted diffusion’ ?? she said she does not know / understand this, has never heard of this before. I was told 3 months ago when normal range CA125 came back they were sure nothing sinister but now I’m worrying ... the waiting game yet again ☹️! Can anyone relate to this / explain in non medical terms what this means. (I would say I had major bowel surgery 20 years ago and c-section with bladder surgery when my son was born 9 years ago and been told this could all be secondary to that?) Kind regards. Xx

Hi there, I would again suggest you ring the nurse on the Ovacome line as your history has been a little complex. Each hospital has a MDT which meets and together with all their knowledge and experience they decide on a treatment suitable to you. Hope you wont have so long too wait
