Hi. we moved in February and my son started a new school that's a lot smaller then his old one. there is only 60 children in the hole school so small classes. After a few weeks there we were pulled in with a meeting as his teachers and head teacher were worried and were trying to imply that my son had

Weightloss with Hashimoto's. Please help.
I also experience joint and muscle pain,
breathing
difficulties and extreme fatigue which affect
exercise
. Will this change also once medicated and I have changed my diet? Do I have to do a particular type of exercise? I was thinking running, British military fitness, boxing and weights.

Asthma suddenly worse after 30 years of being well
And secondly, should I stop trying to
exercise
altogether while I have these
breathing
problems? I don't feel well enough to do anything today but I'm hoping to do pilates if my lungs give me a break in the next few days and, ultimately, return to running.

Feeling Sick in Certain Situations: Could This Be Anxiety?
Hi everyone. I'm new here and I am not sure if I have anxiety or not (haven't been to the doctor about how I feel as I hate talking about how I feel in person). However, since I was young I have always felt sick (my stomach is the first to go if you get what I mean) whenever staying at a friend's house

Relaxation techniques
Hi, have suffered from RLS since a teenager, but it all got much worse a year or so ago. As written in a previous post, I began pramipexole, but it stopped working and I got augmentation, so after reading this forum, I decided to try to avoid the dopmanine agonists. So, am trying FODMAPS diet, valium

My anxiety began with dizziness
I've suffered with this dreadful dizziness and falling sensation for a year nearly. Totally got me out of the blue after an incredibly stressful time last year with my newborn, my own bad health and my mother. I was so frightened and obsessed with the dizziness I couldn't properly function. And the more

Does smoking alter your personality? Help
Well what it is.... I quit smoking over a year ago and I'm starting to think that it's changed my personality. Not in a good way either. I don't want to smoke again but I'm struggling to cope with my stress without them. I'm irritable still and become angry really easily. Before if anything annoyed me

Anxiety and Diet
No caffeine, no alcohol, reduce sugar as much as possible,
exercise
and
breathing
for relaxation. It is particularly important not to consume sugar in the morning, since stress hormones tend to be highest at that time and sugar spikes will aggrevate your nerves.

I feel I'm about to have a stroke or something
I get light headed, tense, tingly, off balance and blurry vision. I question if my eyes are going to roll in the back of my head and just start seizuring in front of everybody at the store. It's scary when it's happening while I'm driving to, I had to pull over a couple times, which made it worse because
