Firstly thank you for all the support and good luck to all who is trying to get through to the 2WW I know it's a tough journey and I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you all. So I have not posted on here for a while. But my journey so far has been tough. I got through the stimming process an the injections got more an more painful. I then had egg retrieval which went well and came home to recover. I was sick on the first night due to taking antibiotics that I was prescribed. The next day I felt tight chested and slight cough. I took a deep breathing exercise and went for a small walk. Two days later I recovered and went in on Monday for my transfer. I have 3 good quality embryo's and had one transferred. Since then I'm on the pressarys daily and feel so tired. Today being my third day I feel exhausted. The 2 WW is a killer but I'm occupying my self. Any tips on what foods to eat or exercise you can do during this time? Also I'm at the Coventry university hospital if anyone is near there fancy buddying up?

Hi Nhari. I'm not surprised you are exhausted, you've been through so much having your treatment cycle, and being poorly afterwards. Now you're into your 2ww, so make sure you can rest when you can and drink plenty of water. I do hope all ends well for you. Diane
