Parkinson's and rosacea ? B1 and rosacea ?
Hi everybody, Since a few weeks I developed rosacea (red rashes on the face, usually around the mouth). I discovered through Google that it can be a precursor for PD, and also due to overdosing group B vitamins. Does anyone had the same experience ? I am taking B1 since February this year (7 months)

Codeine use
Hi all, Over the last 6 months my pain free days has gradually reduced from 2 days pain around ovulation and 4 days pain around the start of my period to now I have no pain free days. The doctor has prescribed me codeine without paracetamol because I'm allergic and I'm finding that I need to take it

Raynaud's and other possibly linked symptoms
After many many months of self assessment, I am beginning to conclude that there is a link between Raynaud's (here referred to as "spasms"), fluctuating Blood Pressure ("BP") and episodes of lightheadness ("LH"). And that all three symptoms have become apparent after a period of significant weight loss

No Pain No Gain
With grit determination I accomplished the 9 week conditioning period, at best running 7Km. With combined focus on diet I have lost 8lbs, & to really ice the cake my Type 2 Diabetes medication has been reduced. You would think life is pretty easy now, however.... I have just discovered my running posture

“May contain gluten” ?
What’s your experience with the foods that “may” contain gluten. Example is roasted peanuts. Ingredients: peanuts, sunflower oil, salt. But may include gluten. How careful do we need to be. I don’t have wheat allergy, but i also don’t know to what degree trace amount of gluten effects me. Such as what

Vitamin D, Vitamin B and folic acid...…. Is this common to have deficiencies in these?
I have only been diagnosed with vitamin deficiencies from my blood tests. Every other test has been negative so far, ALL of them. But I noticed that a lot of others have said they have these deficiencies, I was just wandering if it is common with vasculitis? Does anyone know the answer to this?
