Symptoms but no diagnosis. Frustrating. I've tried everything and would appreciate any kind of advice. Please note this is a very long post.
I started to feel discomfort on the right side below my ribs about a year and a half ago. It wasn't pain as such but more of a discomfort that one should not feel daily. I was drinking heavily at the time; beer, whiskey, tequila. This discomfort has now become chronic that would last for a few hours

Hello everyone, hope you have a great start of the week! 🤗 Today for Lunch, I sauté sliced Mushrooms and bitter melons in sesame oil and seeds with plenty of garlics and green onions. B vitamins, B12 and multiple sclerosis symptoms
I read that there are many symptoms if b12 deficiency that are almost the same as Multiple Sclerosis. Does anyone have any information on this topic? I was looking into an article written by PhD students at a University in Australia. And they had compared such similarities between MS and a b12 and

Why Does High Dose Thiamine Work?
I like to keep challenging the items in my stack. HDT is in my stack. I believe in HDT. But why? So far I trust HDT because of the results from Dr Constantini and the testimonials. Time to look for some science: Neurological, Psychiatric, and Biochemical Aspects of Thiamine Deficiency in Children

Thursday Lunch/Dinner: Roasted purple potatoes and mushrooms with rosemary & sage herb. 🍠🍄🥦🧅😋❤️🌺
Hello everyone, hope you all have a joyful day so far and a wonderful day ahead! 🤗 I remember my childhood, I always had a little sweet potato for breakfast and off to school. It was uplifting, tasty and comforting at the same time, besides the fact that a potato has even more potassium than a banana

Medichecks saying no B12 to be taken for 2 weeks before Advanced Thyroid Function test?
Here we go again! Stopped taking vitamin B complex one week before test as advised on forum but Medichecks saying no vitamin B12 should be taken for 2 weeks before test unless being prescribed by doctor in which case they would take this into account. Any comments most welcome please.

A breakthrough-like effect of metformin reduces peripheral resistance to triiodothyronine in euthyroid, non-insulin-resistant, T2 diabetes
My main aim here is to identify to anyone interested that metformin appears to have an impact of T3 levels. Whether the hypotheses of the paper make any sense of that observation is, I fear, rather more questionable. (Though I accept is was very much acknowledged to be a pilot study.) [i]

Blood sugar & cholesterol up despite following pre-diabetes advice.
My blood sugar has gone up - I’ve cut out refined sugars, reduced carbs. I’ve lost about 10kg and reduced my body fat. My cholesterol has also gone up. I have an under active thyroid and in menopause, too. I run, teach and train hit and use weights. I’ve read that everything I am doing - plus my conditions
