Inherited APS ?
Anyway a little while ago, he received a letter asking for repeat
blood
tests
as due to him being only 58 when he had the stroke, they had tested for APS and the Lupus Anticoagulant was positive. He has now been diagnosed with APS himself.

Timing and reasons for Thyroid blood tests
Recommended by numerous research papers that thyroid testing should be in the morning and before taking daily levothyroxine TSH has a circadian rhythm and is highest in early morning and lowest in afternoon Links to a few research papers and articles https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc

ectopic heartbeat
I’ve had the 24hr monitor and
blood
tests
recently, but am having to wait two weeks to speak to a doctor. My heart rate yesterday fell to 47bpm whilst at work. Can anyone give some advice?

So upset.
After waiting for my
blood
tests
results they came yesterday followed by a call from the hospital. Some how i have no idea i have developed Severe sleep apnea. My new hip operation has been put back until my treatment has run for 6 weeks. To say i am gutted and upset is putting it lightly.

Annual medication review...
Me again...I go to the hospital for my
blood
tests
as it's just easier. The GP however is responsible for issuing it. Today I had an email saying " You are due your yearly routine
blood
tests
for your annual medication review. Please call the surgery.' Last year the pharmacist just called me.

GP reducing levo
GP thinks I'm still on 75mcg.....I've sorted myself out using this forum and private
blood
tests
and feel much better for it. My issue is, how do I explain this to my GP and would he stop prescribing levo because of my being proactive?

Changing to Momelitinib
For the first time they asked for
blood
tests
before the appointment. This was arranged locally by my specialist nurse, the results to be emailed to Guys.

Know a good Rheumy in York or EA/London area?
Many
blood
tests
done by GP in May all came back normal, including for rheumatoid arthritis. He had an ultrasound of hands and feet and they said he had inflamed tendon sheaths and suspected he would have that elsewhere if they could get to it.

I explained my symptoms and what my last
blood
tests
results were and I am indeterminate B12 deficient (as per March 24 N.I.C.E guidlines); I also explained it may be my gastric band that’s stopping my absorption of B12 and Folate!

Blood test time
Im having various
blood
tests
done for balance problems but I can only get 9.20 appointment. If I want my usual early time 8 to 8.30ish its over 3 weeks wait and that will delay any treatment for the balance issues.

Suspected Psoriatic Arthritis
I also have had slightly raised crp on
blood
tests
for a long time apparently. Just after some advice for my appointment really, things to mention etc as I don’t have any swelling at the moment and no active psoriasis patches, but i do have pictures of when it has been bad.

Should I go back on 1 or 2 mg prednisone due to fatigue?
I have had frequent
blood
tests
and doctor visits and there is no recurrence of cancer. So I’m wondering should I go back on prednisone for a while. Maybe my adrenals have just never come back. I had them tested a year ago. They had not come back at all at that time.

Please help - private blood test (1 + 2)
I’ve been and am quite unwell and thought it was T3 but recent private
blood
tests
show something else? (Tested 24 hours between Levothyroxine). * TPO 933?? I’m not sure how to proceed to get back to functioning and feeling normal.
