Blood test results & ultrasound

Hi there, I had a baby 14 months ago now and towards the end of my pregnancy a blood test flagged a high liver test result and so they tested me again postpartum to check it had returned to normal.

After multiple blood tests these are the most recent in the image and the GP referred me for an ultrasound. The abdominal ultrasound has been described as perfectly fine, nothing at all showing with my liver or any other abdominal issues.

I'm now chasing the GP for next steps as the blood tests are concerning- I really struggle with health anxiety and just wondered if anyone has any advice on the best next steps to find the cause or if this is a serious issue?

All other blood tests are absolutely fine, no high cholesterol, no diabetes, blood counts as normal and not overweight. I'm not a heavy drinker I drink for birthdays / occasions not regularly.

Thanks in advance!
