squamous cell lung cancer
They are talking about photodynamic therapy, but they have to do a
biopsy
first. I also just had my first CT scan post surgery and now have 3 new nodules in my right lower lobe. Too small to
biopsy
yet.

GCA SYMPTOMS RETURN AFTER REDUCING PRED 60 TO 55 MG
Rheumie had said reduce to 50 mg. as GCA
biopsy
and tests were not difinitive. Over the last 2 days both the pain along the forehead (hairline). Some jaw pain (which could be the TMJ), between shoulder blades, back of neck and left shoulder have returned. Eyes not affected.

Cadence of MRI/biopsy on AS
My urologist wants to do a repeat MRI and
biopsy
in approximately one year. Fine with me. PS tests every 4 months. Fine with me... My question. Why not do a MRI at mid point (6 months) to see that things are not progressing? Or PSMA-PET scan. What if things are growing quickly?

Any idea what is going on?
Any idea what might be going on? I'm not diagnosed but I have had tests done (2 colonoscopies which showed no inflammation but 1 colonoscopy showed ulcers in the terminal ileum but the biopsies were normal). A CT scan showed chronic active inflammation in my terminal ileum and caecum. I then had an abnormal

A trial and some tribulations
We drove from New Orleans to Houston in time for Valentine's Day to do the preliminary screening - many blood tests (16 tubes, if I recall correctly), urine test, a CT, and a bone marrow

Is this a flare ?🤷♂️
Just had a
biopsy
done for prostate Cancer. The Dr , felt it unwise to continue taking as it would lower my immune system. Not sure I can take this finger and wrists pain without some form of meds. Regards .

FDA Approves 18F-rhPSMA-7.3 to Identify Prostate Cancer in PET Imaging
Hopefully, smarter folks than me can explain the significance of this development. May 30, 2023 18F-rhPSMA-7.3 injection is now available to help identify PSMA-positive lesions during PET imaging for patients with metastatic or recurrent prostate cancer. The FDA has approved 18F-rhPSMA-7.3 injection

Switching from HU To Pegasys: Skin Cancer Risk
My most recent lesion grew from a pinpoint on
biopsy
to a 1.2 x1.2 cm lesion in 4 months on HU. Today I met with my hematologist , to discuss HU vs Pegasys in relation to my skin cancer risk. She agreed that switching to Pegasys was “a very good choice” for me.
