Low cortisol morning

Hello, I got Dutch test done and it showed Low cortisol in the morning. Higher in the evening. I feel so tired specially mornings. Could raising my Ferritin help with cortisol levels? Or taking Melatonin supplement?

I posted yesterday about low cortisol levels too. I haven't had a reply yet, so am still in the dark. Have you had a synacthen test?

Melatonin supresses cortisol production. It could be helpful if your evening cortisol is high - it could push cortisol production towards morning. However, you would have to be careful: if the dose is to high it could suppress morning cortisol production and make you feel even more tired.

You could try ACE supplements: Cortex-only adrenal glandulars / Adrenal Cortex Extract e.g.

I forgot: if you use ndt or T3 you could try CT3M.
