I take melatonin at night to sleep and it gives me restless leg syndrome! I have to get up and take 4 Advil to stop the feeling. Does this happen to anyone else?

Lots of people find that melatonin makes their RLS worse.
I had to stop taking melatonin- it made my RLS so much worse.
