I'm literally tired of insomnia.
My insomnia started the night of Sept. 4th...... out of nowhere. I'm 38 and have always been the kind of person who fell asleep immediately and slept for a full 8 hours. I do have anxiety but my life is better than it has been in almost 12 years. I've tried melatonin, no phone, hot bath, being active

Tuesday was four months of being a non smoker
Tuesday October 1st, was four months of being a non smoker. Hoping this virus is gone as I have slept really good the last two nights. The cough is finally gone. The melatonin has worked wonders on helping me sleep or my body is healing. I actually had a hour and a half nap yesterday. I haven't been

Getting off of Pramipexole
I was on .5 1-2x a day. Augmenting night and day, like being stung by a hundred bees. Got off of Pramipexole by getting 1st off of Tylenol, Ibuprofen, Zantac, Melatonin, all otc sleeping pills, all cold & allergy pills. Also I do take magnesium at night. 1ce a week Eszopiclone for sleep without problem

Well after using the melatonin and getting to sleep a little better. I have now caught this virus that's going around. The sinus drip down the back of your throat so you cough your head off all night long. According to my doctors office you have to let it take its course. Sleep sitting up they say and

Are supplements worth it?
So cycle 1 I got 18 eggs on long protocol. 16 mature, 13 of which fertilised (good fertilisation rate) but only 3 made it to day 5. I was only taking folic acid first round and developed OHSS. I finally got to fet which failed with a 1x4AB. I was and still am devastated. I have high amh 45.2 at age 38

Pain, melatonin, and Raynaud's
My husband and I took a low dose melatonin last night, 3 mgs. It helped me sleep and stay pain free all day long. Taking antihistamine has only worsened Raynaud's syndrome., so I quit in favor of trying melatonin. I was free of pain all day. and slept the night.

Melatonin use ?
Several months back I read about some of you guys using large doses of Melatonin, I believe in the 30-50 mg dosage. Are there still some of you using this and getting positive results in lowering PSA along with the normal treatment protocol in fighting APC?

Sleep
I know how important sleep is, but more often than not, I only sleep 2-3 hours. My Doc is reluctant to give me a prescription for Ambien. I already take Zoloft and Buspar. I have tried melatonin but it does not help. Does anyone have suggestions for an over the counter drug I can try?

My first post
I don’t know how my experiences compare to to those of other people and that thought makes me wonder if it’s insignificant in the big picture. I was able to journal a lot of what I’m feeling tonight and I felt the need to reach out for validation and perspective. If anyone cares to read and reply, I

Another sleepless night
Here I go again. I have retreated to the couch in the den, waiting for the melatonin pill to kick in. I have asked my Dr for a prescription sleeping pill, but he is reluctant. I mentioned why I retreat to the den in a reply to another post on here. I don’t want my spouse to suffer lack of sleep because

My ova, inofolic, dhea, high strength vitamin D and c, folic acid, pregnacare, coq10, omega 3. Due to start

Thoughts on IVF success?
Just read an old post on here which suggests ladies who have first time success usually don't have problems themselves and is much more likely to lie with the guys. Started to get me worried. My OH has 2 children from his marriage then had a vasectomy. He has since had it reversed which has been successful

Melatonin supplements for IVF?
I have read that taking 3mg of melatonin is good for egg health so I am planning to take it. I've also read conflicting articles over whether melatonin is good for improving sperm quality - does anyone have any experience of this? My clinic are rather conservative in suggesting any supplements.

New persons problems
It’s strange. I’m scared. Everything in my heart hurts. I’ve never done this and I don’t know how to say this without freaking everyone out. I like needles. Not drug needles just needle pricks. A small cut that just barely makes a mark. A small prick to feel the pain. I haven’t done it in weeks and
