If it rains it pours!

Well after using the melatonin and getting to sleep a little better. I have now caught this virus that's going around. The sinus drip down the back of your throat so you cough your head off all night long. According to my doctors office you have to let it take its course. Sleep sitting up they say and it could be three weeks or longer. Drink plenty of water and fluids. Lol I am pissing like a pirate, have hardly any voice and no appetite. The only good thing is I feel to tired and shitty to even think about smoking. But I think I have had enough curve balls thrown at me. Anyone have any tips on how to soothe that dry hacky cough. Sorry about the rant. I was just starting to feel good and this happened.

Hi reader 2019 you poor thing ... just watch the virus does not turn into a bacterial flu .. that’s how pneumonia happens. Or is it the othexwsy around 🧐.....there is a herbal concoction called astragalus 8 - it is the bomb for any dis - ease related to the respiratory system. If you cannot find that I swear by a German product called Prospan... I buy the drops / liquorice based / great as an expectorant and cough. Good luck. Get well soon.

Damn..Reader...The nicodemon has got his knife in for you...🥵Yes, I also thought 4 years ago that whilst smoking I never got sick but the moment I stopped and a long time thereafter I suffered with all kinds of "Snottys" and chest infections....

BUT it also goes away..!! Stay strong !

Thanks Hercu, makes you wonder why some of us have such a hard time with our quit. While others just sail through.

Easy! Some of us are actually addicts some aren't although we all smoke.

I stopped drinking years ago because I get migraines, I wasn't an alcoholic, but like any young person, I would drink a lot at the weekends.

My ex partner decided to stop drinking at the same time, I literally stopped and never even thought of it anymore. He was there counting the days and the minutes...I nearly had to put him in rehab, in the end, he wasn't actually able to stop.

We used to drink together, the same amounts and we're the same age.

So there are a lot of people that smoke but aren't really addicts, I am not one of those, I'm (was) seriously addicted to my fags.

We all need to know our weaknesses.
