Melatonin for egg quality
Hi lovelies, Has anyone used melatonin supplements (3mg per day) for egg quality? I read a study that says it's showed good results but it's just one study and relatively new. Wondering if anyone else had had success with it? xxx

Morning after Orchiectomy...life in the slow lane.
Well, I had the orchiectomy surgery around 3 pm yesterday and left the hospital packed tightly down there....Got nervous about peeing...but it was a breeze (before I left). Was feeling some pretty decent weird pain....got home and made a quick dinner of thinly sliced prime rib in au jus with horseradish

Quercetin, minerals and vitamins to prevent Covin -19 (prophylactic)
Dr John Campbell mentioned this in a recent video: https://www.evms.edu/media/evms_public/departments/internal_medicine/Marik-Covid-Protocol-Summary.pdf I am taking Vitamin D and zinc (I might increase the dose). I took a course of quercetin in the first wave, but you get it in green tea and broccoli

Been to hormone specialist...not sure what to think?!
I am new here, but not new to thyroid problems. I was diagnosed with Hashimotos in 2001 after years of symptoms no doctor could explain: high blood pressure difficult to control even with medication, hair loss, high cholesterol, weight gain and fluid retention. Doctors suggested I was eating too much

Sad...That's All I Can Say Today
Last night, getting into bed, I felt my mood taking a serious dive. Hoping sleep would prevent it from leaking into the next day, I took some melatonin and actually fell asleep at a relatively normal time. Unfortunately, sleep and my mood were not connected this time around and I woke up with the feeling

Help for insomnia
I've been experiencing insomnia for the past 6 months and have tried almost everything besides medication. I have tried meditations, melatonin, not looking at my phone, etc. This post is supposed to be a list of things that I found helped a lot. - DO NOT LOOK AT THE TIME! This only makes you more anxious

Time release melatonin from Natrol interaction with C/L
Is there anybody who takes time release melatonin by Natrol or similar? It contains vitamin B6 which interacts with levodopa and I want to know the effect it has on PD symptoms.

8 yo son with terrible insomnia on Adderall XL
My son has been on Adderall XL 15mg for about 6 weeks, and in past 3 weeks has developed terrible insomnia. He just lays in bed and can’t fall asleep for hours. A few times he has been up until 3.30 or 4am. He takes 5mg melatonin around 7.30-8 and is fully in bed by 9. Our psychiatrist suggested to give

THE BENEFITS OF TAURINE ON STRESS

Melatonin
So I tried taking melatonin because I can’t sleep well at night. But IT DOES NOT WORK! I take 1 5mg of melatonin but it still doesn’t do anything. I’m still sleepless. Should I increase my dosage to 2 5mg?

Cortisol and insomnia
Hi, I was diagnosed with Hashimotos a few years back, am currently self-treating using T3 only. Have slowly got back my health back but still having a problem with insomnia. Have no problems in falling asleep about 10:30-11, but invariably wake up at around 3-3:30 and can be a couple of hours before

Long term use of Melatonin
I was prescribed Melatonin in 2015 as a short term solution to sleep issues I had at the time. The drug certainly helped but I have consistently used it now for 5 years and have a feeling it’s causing irregular sleep patterns and vivid dreams. Can anyone offer any advice on this please?

Hi all, new to the forum though I've been reading loads of stories since being told I have a fatty liver last week. I've had some health-related issues for a couple of years now (fatigue, confusion, anxiety, dizziness, weakness, photosensitivity) and had blood work drawn. Found my ALT to be 99 and AST

Loss of dreams
I really miss my dreams. I’ve always had lots of dreams, sometimes prophetic ones. I’ve kept Dream journals for years. I’ve gotten so much guidance and inspiration from them and I miss them! I’m an artist and they’ve been important in connecting me to creativity energy. Since PMR/GCA I’ve pretty
