..Aaaand I am telling youuuuuuu......
Since then, life has consisted of looking after my partner who has had a nervous breakdown due to the possibility of losing a job, a sudden and shocking family
bereavement
and covering for long term sick in work on top of my own ridiculous workload. So I haven't run.

Just a little tip
I am having
bereavement
counselling and wellbeing counselling but fiind most of the time I cannot say anything and just sit there and cry. Before I went to my last
bereavement
session I decided to write everything down and give her the bit of paper.

I actually felt today that someone listened.
She is also liaising with my
bereavement
counsellor so that I see them on alternative weeks. She was also going to try and chase my complaint with the hospital and may be able to attend some meetings with me.

Health anxiety
I went to the doctors a few weeks ago and they refereed me to somebody and they said I have health anxiety and now I'm waiting to go and get help from a councillor but its a 19 week wait, and then they are sending me to a
bereavement
councillor, I just wondered if anybody else has been through this and

Everything is too much effort
Had
bereavement
counselling this week, was honest I don't want to be here. Have been drinking myself into a stupor every night for the past week and falling into bed hugging my husband's blanket that he had in hospital. I know drink isn't the answer but it's the only thing that helps the pain.

The joy of being a bad drummer
I have no comparisons to make, no
bereavement
, no loss. Actually I have a gain its simply this.....Banging drums is great. My thoughts are this if you used to play the piano beautifully and can't now, don't. It will tear you in two, well it would me.

Bereavement How do you cope
My partner died today having collapsed in the early hours of this morning and was an emergency admission to hospital at 3.30 this morning. When I left him at 8 am he was looking a lot better and they were trying to find him a bed. He had a chest infection for which I had been to the GP earlier this week

Some people call it like a
bereavement
; losing a friend. Whether we’re happy, sad or stressed our ciggies are there for us. Your NRT will be working, if you’re using it properly, what are you using? A lot of it is psychological and understanding how to deal with cravings.

Vitamins and supplements - what doses should I be taking?
Been on them for 5 years after tragic family
bereavement
- which effected me badly :-( . (Silly me maybe! I may regret this!! But time will tell.) I take B12, Magnesium, D3, and L/tyrosine to help depression and mental well being. Should I take selenium too? If so what strength and how often?

It seems to me ....
"I've lost a bit of weight" has a kind of negative feel to it, a bit like "I lost my Dad when I was in my teens" - loss,
bereavement
- all a bit negative "I've cut down on my calories" - similarly, a bit like "I've cut my hand" - pain, hurt - it's got a bit of a negative twist to it.

Bereavement made anxiety worse
Hi everyone! Been suffering from GAD for a long time but was under control but now i find its worse than ever partly due to the recent loss of my mum. To get free head that is not worrying about anything these days is a luxury. I worry constantly about different things, the minute i sort out one, another
