I am so sorry for your loss. It is hard to be the ones left behind. It may be a good idea to contact CRUSE. They are a free bereavement counselling service, you'll find their address in your local phone book. You might find it helpful to talk with someone who can listen and offer you support.

I lost my first husband when he was 24, then my brother in law, then my friend and recently my mum then my auntie. It hurst so I can appreciate how you must be feeling.

Gentle hugs

Redrose, my heart goes out to you - I want to reach out and give you a big hug. Bereavement is so very painful and it is desperately important that you get some good support to help you through this time. My father died when I was 12 and that loss scarred me for life, because no-one helped me to cope with it. Inevitably there have been other losses for me to bear (after all that's life), so after 50 years, I finally contacted CRUSE and they were truly wonderful and I have finally found some peace, at least in that respect. I've suffered from depression since early childhood and still have to cope with that, but at least now the weight of the bereavement has been lifted.

So I add my voice to jillylin's - contact CRUSE and if their service isn't available locally, speak to your doctor about some bereavement counselling.

I'll be thinking of you xx

So sorry to hear of your losses. Bereavement is so hard to cope with. I lost my Mum last March and then my Dad in October. It was very hard to cope especially as I am in NZ and they were in the UK. Travelling back for the funerals was a nightmare. And it has left me with mental health issues..... a fatigued mind trying to cope with too much stress.

My heart goes out to you. Try and hang on to the good memories, I know that is not easy , believe me. And the above advice about CRUSE sounds very good. Thinking of you. xx

Gosh so many losses in a short time, and so many loved ones close to you. Have you thought of contacting a berievement counsellor.(sorry cant spell, brain not working well).

or cruise, and just talking to someone.

I strongly believe, and have witness, its not goodbye, as the spirit of them lives on, but on the otherside,, but they still float about checking on us. They are no longer in mental pain like your brother experianced. A thought is a prayer, and they hear you!! talk to them, they are keeping an eye on their loved ones. Just because you cant see them. They will try to make contact in other ways. They loved you,,, a very strong spirtual emotion.

You see on some websites of orbs, and apperitions,, they havent gone, they are all around you. You just cant see them.

take care and have faith,,
