Xanax
Several of you wrote they would never go back on Xanax again. I was wondering why and how much dosage did you take that made you turned against it. I really want to go back on the 5 mg 1x day, It hekped me a lot, but neurologist changed me to Valium and its not helping! It is 4 am, I took my night

Advised to come to this thread by thyroid uk diagnosed with megaloblastic anaemia
I was put on ferrous sulphate and folic acid. Will dig out my exact results all I remember is it's non iron deficiency anaemia (I think that's what they said) I have so much going on in my health. Seaside susie sent me this way. On lots of other drugs too including rivaroxaban as I had a pulmonary embolism

Nappy day
Yesterday was not a bad day. I had an unexpected panic attack that I did very well with. I surprised myself. Today I'm still tired from my Valium to call me down. I can take up to 30 mg in 24 hours. I hat 20. So I'm in the bed unless I need food or the toilet. My husband is looking for a job that pays

Meds at 17?
Hi guys, I have had anxiety that has grown for the past months. However, I noticed my health issues (migraines, stomach issues) have made it a lot worse and triggered panic attacks. I thought I was finally done with migraines because I was a month and a half free of a painful migraine that needed a painkiller

The wait is nearly over
Well Friday is the day we get the results of husbands investigations. He has continued to lose weight, but that it purely down to not eating much as he cannot stand the thought of bringing it back up. He is getting terrible reflux which he wasn't getting before and he's bringing up a foam like substance

Folate bloods
I had a recent blood test which showed my folate level to be 9.1. I didnt get any ranges from the surgery but when I phoned them yesterday they said that my level needed to be above 3.8. My friend who is a nurse in the same area where I live gave me a range of 4.5-45.3 nm0l/l. I am already anaemic

YO, I SERVED IN THE ARMY FROM "77THRU "89 THOSE WERE SOME OF THE BEST YEARS OF MY YOUTH, wouldnt trade them for nothing. That lifestyle instilled in me a motivation and standard that I have used as a balance and measuring stick ever since basic training. That time taught me that I am able to accomplish

Chronic intermittent Benzodiazepine use and RLS
Hi this is my 1st post in the group. I'm a 58 y/o guy who has had symptoms of RLS for at least 30 years. I write this post with benzos in the title as I strongly suspect their involvement in the development of my RLS symptoms. I'm currently at the end of a 9 month slow taper off of diazepine (Valium
