Cocenrta & Valium

Hi I have been taken benzodiazepines during 25 years the tapering has to be very slow until finally I can stop use them, My question is, when the ADHD Medication makes me agitated, heart beating, I used to increase the amount of Valium like 5mg or 10mg.

I'm just want to know if it the right thing or could be dangerous ?

I haven't told to my psychiatrist because my idea is get rid of the Valium not increase. a
