Another post prompted by Attitude67 & Charmander. Propolis is a resin that bees use to seal gaps in the hive. It may have antibacterial & antifungal properties. Supplements are widely available, but one should be aware that PCa studies have focussed on CAPE (Caffeic Acid Phenethyl Ester). Some propolis

Antibiotics added to Ibrutinib as result of of Idealisib problems
On FLAIR trial. Having stopped Ibrutinib for a week due to side effects of extreme muscle pain, I began again with low dose of 1 pill. After 12 days (fingers and toes crossed) I seem to be OK. Feeling much better. Now we move up to 2 a day. Dr thinks I will not go back to full dosage. General opinion

And now for something completely different.....
Took myself out to the Urgent Care Clinic this morning because I've been having some odd symptoms. 'Gummed up' throat, soreness, wheezing (shouldn't be on 40mg of pred), gas, bloating etc. then started running a fever on and off. Clinic was very efficient, my pcp was the doctor working, so he checked

However, I have been taking 750 mg of GABA and I can feel my morning anxiety go away within an hour of taking it! The effects from it last all day! I was wondering if anyone knew

I have had what I thought was two bladder infections in the last 2 months but nothing has come up in the tests. I felt like I knew the difference between my usual pain and even my usual

What’s in your herbal medicines?
[i]"Many people take herbal medicines, including traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) thinking they are doing something positive for their health. Ironically, in many cases they may be doing just the opposite. Have you ever wondered what is actually in the herbal medicine products you buy? Has the herb

Viruses and Infections area possibly the underlying reason for many thyroid disorders. (According to science)
I read an interesting article today, that points to 3 very common viruses/infections, that could possibly be the underlying cause for many peoples thyroid disorders. I am not quite sure how factual this information is, or how it might relate to many of you, but it might prove worthwhile to read and
