Looks similar in functionality to BGR 34 or Amree Plus or many other 'supplements' vying for your attention.

Yes, i am using it and it has shown good improvement of course adding to the daily 45 mins of walk/jog. I have replaced my morning dose of allopathy medicine with this and seems to be good so far.
