How likely is a B12-deficiency among siblings?
A couple of years ago her GP diagnosed her with some rheumatic illness but the meds are not working and now she's on
antidepressants
, prescribed just recently. B12, MMA or HCY has never been tested, which I urgently advised her to do that.

Overcoming ADD without Meds
Has anyone tried to overcome their ADD without meds,
antidepressants
and choose to reduce symptoms with a low-carb diet (no preservatives/sugar/junk food etc.) combined with regular exercise, meditation & positive affirmations etc.

Terrified of more ADT, looking for advice
I quit 12 months into a 24 month sentence, because I couldn't stand it any longer; I felt like I was being tortured. 11 months after I quit I was finally able to get on
antidepressants
, and I felt much better, though I'm not sure this was due to the drugs or the recovery of my T.

Introduce myself
I don't have any hope in my life now. I want to. I want to hope this will help. Nothing else I do does. I feel so demoralized when I do breathing... And it doesn't help. I take increasing doses of an antidepressant. It doesn't help. I can't find a doctor to diagnose my chronic horrible pain, let alone

I've just started new

New here ...
I'm now working on reaching out to the EAP through my employer to get help, and trying to coordinate to get an appointment with my PCP (which is now harder due to the pandemic situation) because I really feel I need to get onto
antidepressants
.

Depression
I’ve always been so anti
antidepressants
but seriously, I feel like I need something now just to get me back to being me. My GP mentioned about putting me on them for the fibro a while ago (something to do with serotonin?) this appointment just can’t come quick enough!!

Hello everyone
Have had to go down the path of
antidepressants
now as have been resisting it for years. And diazepam at moment as well until panic is under control. On the better days I can do walks and breathing exercises and mindfulness. The bad days are just... really bad. And still cry a lot etc.

Post 621 ms is not easy for everybody all the time 20 March 2020
Antidepressants
may or may not help. There are lots of maybes and very few definitive answers. Welcome to life with ms. There is even a very small percentage of us that have one episode and that is it, unfortunately not me.
