Trigger warning!
I self harmed last Friday which isn't something that I had done since November. The incident last week meant that I had to go to Minor Injuries to have the wound dressed on the Sunday. Since spending most days having the dressing changed, the wound has now started to heal. However, I feel like I want to self harm again. I've just started new antidepressants which I know may not be helping with my ideology. However, the urge to self harm is quite strong - is there any advice?
