New here, depression and anxiety, tried one antidepressant, dr changed meds started on 50mg , after a few weeks 100mg, now on 150mg daily only started on this dose 1 week ago.

Can’t say it’s lifted my mood yet,and anxiety , not coping with anxiety symptoms daily, tingling all the time , tummy like a knot, gurgling, still not eating very good .

Everyone says give the meds time ?

I can’t remember the last time I felt happy , when will I get back to being my old self

hi Emmerdale and welcome to you take it you love the tv show its my favourite soap.it will take time but they will really only help if we put in the effort to change it.my body is in constant spasms feel it more at night with mirtazapine.dont hear many stories of not eating well its usually the opposite maybe a change of diet or eat smaller portions but if things don't change go back to the doc.
