How does Venlafaxine and amitriptyline affect Raynauds
Has anyone had experience of using low level venlafaxine and/or amitriptyline 10mg? Did you find it made your raynaud symptoms worse initially? If so did this pass or was it a cause for concern?

Don't know what to do next
Hello all. I'm new on here. My first post gave the background. I'm finally off amitriptyline that I trialed for prevention of migrains. Doctors now want to put me on a prozac like drug instead? ? Used off licence for same thing. I'm not keen because of my experience on amitriptyline and getting. off

Anyone on here that takes Amitriptyline please read....
I have been taking Ami for some time, managed to get up to 75mg dose daily which is making a big difference to the headaches. As I have increased the dose I have been prescribed 10mg tablets and 25mg so I'm careful which pack I'm using at a time as I need to take 3 x 25 or 7 x 10 (if I took 7 x 25

Unbearable symptoms on 100mg amitriptyline
Hi Everyone Won’t bore you with long history. Suffice to say, had A/D for about thirty years, trying different combinations of meds. My condition has mainly generated fibromyalgia type symptoms, rather than black mood etc. Started on 25mg amitriptyline in Nov, increasing to 100mg this week. Don’t think

Update
Hello. I'm 6 months on now. I'm off amitriptyline as didn't really help. Taken longer to come off than on it. I trialled it to try and reduce headaches and migrains at 10mg. I'm still struggling with noise sensitivity to the point when I'm talking to someone my brain sizzles and nose vibrates. Apparently

Prozac and Amitriptyline?
My doctor prescribed me Amitriptyline to take along with my 30mg of prozac for migraines. She said it should be fine to mix. But I'm kinda worried about having an interaction. Has anyone mixed these? Thanks,

Hi, I've been having symptoms for 18 months that have been getting progressively worse. Due to my lifestyle it all seems to clearly point to my liver. It would be wonderful if it was all in my head but its not. I had 3 sets of liver function tests and an ultrasound done privately today which have all

Hi I'm new here, looking for advice on where to turn to with my symptoms.
Hi I am a 58 year old female. I started with pelvic/pubic pain 2 and half years ago after a bad attack of shingles. After the shingles cleared up I was left with pain very low down on my abdomen. Doctor said it was post herpatic neuralgia. Suffering from frozen shoulder at the same time so prescribed
