Unbelievable
G.p said to try and get onto 3 monthly injections now!! She was the one than reinstated every other day ! So thought the one to see. It was agreed by neurologist and another gp to go at my own pace to get to 2 monthly injections. So confusing. She then did say to go at own pace . So left it at that

Is my mystery neuropathy FND?
Hi everyone In 2013 I developed overnight neuropathic pain. After many crying trips to the GP, they just said I have vulvodynia. The mystery is that I simply developed a small cyst and overnight I had full-on stabbing pains ! I then developed sciatica as well as coccyx pain (for no reason) I was treated

Do I have endometriosis?
I’ve had really bad hip/pelvic pain for years which is still un diagnosed. I’ve had blood tests, seen physios in the NHS, private physio, chiropractor, osteopath and a muscoskeltal specialist and still no one has a clue what it is. I have been told to take ibuprofen, codeine (which makes me feel ill)

Losing my marbles?!
I need some advice or reassurance I’m not going insane! Since December I’ve been experiencing pain in my right side, originally the doctor thought it was a kidney infection and when antibiotics didn’t work I went to A&E for a scan only to be admitted for a week. While in hospital I had an ultrasound

New symptom liver itch
Hi, I wrote 18 months ago about my fear of having cirrhosis. I drank very heavily in my 20s but stopped drinking so heavily in my early 30s but had a 4 month split from my husband in early 2017 when I drank heavily for 4 months around 2 bottles of wine every night. When we got back together I stopped

More mixed messages about paracetamol and Gabapentin!! Getting frustrated.
I had breakfast with my cousin this morning, who is also a GP at the same practice where I was told on Tuesday to take Gabapentin instead of Amitriptyline. My cousin asked me why I had been prescribed Gabapentin, so I recapped what happened last week. About my paracetamol over use (for 10+ years) and
