Ibogaine and Neuroplasticity
Neuroplasticity is the brain's ability to reorganize itself by forming new neural connections throughout life. Neuroplasticity allows the neurons (nerve cells) in the brain to compensate for injury and disease and to adjust their activities in response to new situations or to changes in their environment

I rarely post a message but feel part of the community here, I have learnt lots and understand so much more than I did 6 years ago, that is due to all you wonderful people living with this difficult disease sharing yourselves - thank you I am so frustrated right now, I have been seeing a rheumy consult

Treatment resistant depression
Hello. I have struggled with depression, anxiety, and complex PTSD due to trauma when I was age 11. Except for my two terrible feeling pregnancies which gave me amazing kids, I’ve been medicated since then and I’m currently 42. I’m also married for 19 years in an up and down marriage. I’ve tried years

Hi. I am 44 Years old. Since i was a child i have always been itchy, I would tear myself raw in order to stop the itch. In my teens i found that Piriton kept this at bay most of the time. But this is only the start...... In my twenties i started physically suffering in multiple places. My right hip always

Best mix of meds to treat migraine (UK)
Hi All. I read a post a few days ago about the best meds 'cocktail' to get migraine relief - I have read of people going to A+E where they seem to give some intravenous infusion and can we match this. The answers to the other question were mostly from USA I think with drug names I did not recognise

Hello again everyone :-)
So today I've been to see a gynaecologist, they did an external and internal exam, then didn't find anything wrong. I did a urine sample and also they took swabs from my cervix to test for infection, they didn't find anything with these either. They did have a look at some recent ultrasound results,

Another medication and first virus of the year
Some of you may remember that when I saw the rheumatologist he confirmed that I had fibromyalgia as well as PMR. When I saw my GP on the 28th he'd not heard from the rheumy so couldn't prescribe any of the medication he'd suggested. Then last Monday, the 3rd, my daughter said I'd just had a phone call

Hi everyone I’ve just been diagnosed after a number of ruling out tests and a good 3 years of constant pain. I was diagnosed with an underactive thyroid a good 15 years ago so have always had some form of pain or brain fog as well as the fatigue. Anyway after a couple years of visits to the doctors

Small Fibre Neuropathy in feet
I have small fibre neuropathy in my feet and I would like to know what medication you take if any and does it help especially with the burning and numbness in the feet. I was prescribed with a low dose of amitriptyline which does not really help except gives me a good night's sleep. Also if anybody uses

Digestion and absorption - digestive enzymes, betaine hcl, probiotics
As hypothyroid for many years, what would be advisable products to use to improve digestion and absorption. Especially important as I'm considering iron supplements. I'm skinny, so don't think I convert most of the food into muscle. Also have dirty/green tongue that I take ages to clean in the evening
