Failed Back Surgery
In 2017 I had a Laminectomy for Severe Spinal Stenosis in L3/4/5. The operation was successful and for 3/4 months I was completely pain free for the first time in years! In 2018 I had a bad fall and this resulted in having a Rotator Cuff Repair which was successful but by now my spinal pain was back

Holiday time is for feasting; We look forward to each treat. The tables are full of our favorite foods; We’ve got lots of good things to eat. We scarf marshmallowed sweet potatoes; There’s cider and eggnog to slurp. There’s so much going down at once, Who can help an occasional burp? Here’

My son was diagnosed with Biliria Artresia at first month after birth. He underwent Kasai procedure at 2nd month. After that his stools are normal and bilirubin is under control. But recently he passed black stools and sometimes blood in the stool. His bilirubin is 0.4 and SGPT is 108 and SGOT is 84.

Does Multiple Positive ANA Tests Usually Mean Autoimmune Disease?
Hi everyone, I have posted on here multiple times so I will keep this short. Since 2020, I have now had 4 positive ANA test results, all homogenous. They were 1:640, 1:1280, greater than 1:1280, and 1:640. I have been on Naltrexone now for over a year I believe. Symptoms have a habit of coming and

Has anyone [else] on Besremi had issues with elevated serum potassium?
My last several chemistry labs have had elevated Potassium levels and my diet hadn't really changed except for adding Curcumin TID... Now my MPN MD has me on a low potassium diet, but honestly, my intake wasn't very high beforehand... COMPREHENSIVE METABOLIC PANEL - Past Results Name Standard Range

Real world experience with Besremi in ET and PV following exposure to Pegasys.
Abstract Despite widespread use of Pegylated forms of Inteferon in the management of Myeloproliferative Neoplasms (MPN), most clinicians have experience predominantly with peginterferon alfa-2a (Pegasys). Third generation pegylated IFNα, ropeginterferon alfa-2b (ropegIFN; Besremi), was recommended

Spinal Cord Stimulater
I have a condition called Sensory Ganglionopathy and suffer severe nerve pain throughout my body 24/7. I am currently on Fentanyl patches which help a little and recently had two courses of Lidocaine infusions neither of which helped. I am considering discussing a spinal cord stimulator with my pain

Update 7.0
Things have been coming along pretty well. Iron levels are gradually increasing, resulting in an increase in erythrocytes. On 10/07 at my PCP lab, HCT = 47.7% and HGB = 15.3. Subsequently labs at hematology lab, HCT dropped to 44.4 and 46.0. HBG = 14.7 and 15.0. Since HGB is staying in the desired range

Post spine fusion pain management
Hi all 13 years ago I was diagnosed with degenerative discs, facet joint disease causing immense low back and sciatic pain. I went for a disc decompression and waited for it to heal, unfortunately pain increased so I went back to the consultant, we took another MRI and to his surprise he could no longer

worried about high levels
Good morning everyone. It has been a while, and I had asked for blood tests before I went and had some private B12 injections, as my own Doctor had stopped them. My B12 was also low due to malabsorbtion, and PA results were borderline. I am symptomatic and feeling really bad lately. Its over a year

Pluvicto update
Had #4 last week. My PSA has dropped from 120 to 80. ALK Phos now normal! CT showed decreased node size with one new spot. The bone scan showed a worsening in all old spots (multiple bilateral ribs and many vertebrae involved) and we have some new. The thought is it may be a ‘flare’. We will continue

Extremely Discouraged
Hi everyone. I sit here wondering how to share my thoughts. I am so discouraged at this point and have no idea where to turn. I have been dealing with symptoms for years now. No matter how many doctors I see, none of them will truly entertain the idea of an autoimmune disease. Despite all my symptoms
