Followup to my post 8 months back, sudden jaundice and hemolytic anemia
I had posted 8 months back about sudden onset of jaundice and hemolytic anemia. So my brother was tested with ANA and complement factors for SLE and was diagnosed as questionable lupus but hematolgist believed it was lupus although my brother didn't have any physical symptoms or manifestations of lupus

Could I have Myasthenia Gravis, please help!
Hi everyone, I wonder if you could help me out. Could my symptoms be related to Myasthenia Gravis? I've been very sick for some time, which has got progressively worse over the years (7 years now, the last 2 have been very bad). I've started to attach my symptoms to acetylcholine as when I eat foods

Feedback very much appreciated.
I am writing to see if anyone is in the same boat, and can shed some light on what is going on. I hate the waiting game, as everyone knows, it can take weeks, or months to get answers. Here is my experience. I am 38 years old (F) and would consider myself to be healthy overall. For the last two years

I'd be grateful for advice. I've recently been diagnosed with lupus, but have had the symptoms and indeed many of the signs for at least 5 years. I've now got positive ANA and RNP antibodies, plus a stubbornly low iron, low C3 and C4, neutropenia, plus painful joints, fatigue, brain fog and other physical

Positive ANA speckled test - MCAS
I was diagnosed with Mast Cell Activation Syndrome earlier this year but the treatment hasn’t helped much. I have weekly bladder instillations and have been on antibiotics since Feb. I had a cystoscopy which showed biofilm in the bladder. I also have gastro issues and sensitivity to food - MCAS diet
