Fnd or lupus?

Hi just wondering if anyone can help me I started having symptoms after the birth of my second child last year. Then i was seen by a neurologist who diagnosed fnd (functional neurological disorder) however my gastronolgist and a gp has said they believe it to be autoimmune disease underlying and not fnd due to elevated liver enzymes since 2013 with a normal liver biopsy my reason for being here is all my symptoms match lupus aside from the arthritis however I have had a negative ana test and lupus test last year just wondering if anyone has had a similar situation or any help really ?
