Just wondering if anyone has had any success with LIT therapy for low LADS/ partial DQ alpha match? I am having my first treatment tomorrow followed by the second in 4 weeks.
I will also be having intralipids & steroids for raised NK cells & positive antinuclear antibodies.
I have had two failed transfers in the last year (implantation failure) so have had all sorts of testing this time round. I have also send off my embryos for PGS testing so will be expecting those results in the next couple of weeks 🤞🏼🤞🏼
Just looking for some hope really

Hi Holly, I've not tried these (but they were on my list to look in to).But I've just had my first ever positive test on my 6th transfer after using intralipids and steroids for raised NK cells. It's the first time I have tried the immune protocol and I am certain that this was the key for me. We also did PGS testing, and ERA. With our embryos we had 6 of the 8 come back normal - so I don't think it was an embryo issue for us - much more likely immune. My ERA also showed I needed an extra 24 hours progesterone.
Oh wow thats amazing news!! Exactly what I needed to hear. Congratulations! Hoping it is the key for me too or at least a step in the right direction 🤞🏼Wishing you a healthy pregnancy ❤️ xxxx
I've not tried these either but I've also just had my first ever positive test on my 5th transfer after years of trying. I had Intralipids, Asprin, Dexamethasone and Clexane for raised NK cells and Cytokines.
